Nice clean beach. I’d avoid between 11-2 as all the boats from the tours line up on the shore and you can’t get the water. We were told to move out the way of the incoming boats despite being chest hight in the water which I think is unfair for people spending a day here and wanting to swim. After 2 they cleared out and it was quiet and we were able to swim

Nice beach to relax, swim and snorkel. Best spot for snorkeling is on the right hand side. If you like to see any turtles swim to the white circle line in the center of the water. On the beach there are plenty of small restaurants to enjoy (local) food.

Most enjoyable and memorable part of my stay in Pulau Redang is canoeing at this Teluk Dalam. Rental of canoe at RM30 / hour is a must do activity here.
