Navigate to Taman Putra Perdana parking.
We went on a weekend, there is a queue entering the parking area, i wouldnt say its super long cause its kinda moving. Parking is free but people tend to double park behind your car if yours is a proper spot as the road is spacious enough to allow double parking. Entrance to the garden also free.
The garden itself is not that big, i finished walking around it in my heels (9cm) and i am still alive. The lights some are nice some are meh, but overall when i was done i was thinking ohh thats it? I was pretty hyped up by the video in social media. Oh well with social media, always hits and misses :/ Some of the lights reminds me to the ones at Desa Park. It was crowded but did manage to take some decent pics.
Lack of bench. Very close to the restaurant of Pulse Grande Hotel, you can literally smell the food at one part of the garden when you walk pass. Toilet available at entrance but did not went in so cant comment on cleanliness.
