Miri Bulatan Park — Attraction in Sarawak

March 2023 Wow now only 5 months later but with even more improvement. There's a new basketball court, at least 2 new reflexology paths, more new exercise equipment. Hopefully all these facilities will be properly maintained. At the moment there's neither litter nor dustbins in the park. Every visitor is cooperating. I read from the local news that this park upgrade is Shin Yang Sdn Bhd's CSR project and phase 2 upgrade is on the way. Thanks! Keep it up for the community. Great service!

Perfect spot for family of all ages. Equipped with playground, cycling track for little ones, a big pond filled with lots of fishes and turtles provide a delightful moment for everyone to feed them with bread or fish feed sold at the convenienve store next to the pond. For an extra boost of free winds from the flying pigeons, visitors can also feed the friendly and beautiful pigeons that are also hanging out by the feeding pond. Bulatan Park is arguably the best and probably the oldest recreation ground next to two commercial centres in Miri.

It features two lakes, one big and small, and they are teeming with fish and are ringed by jogging tracks that extends along a stretch of the road linking commercial and residential areas.

The park also features a bridge across the main lake linking the jogging tracks, besides fitness equipment, a children playground, sports facilities such as a basketball court.

There are shady trees and CCTV cameras all over the park, which is also manned round the clock by security guards.
