This is a beautiful beach (Bikini Beach) in Ukulhus (located at the end of the island). You can just sit and enjoy the view, the white sand, and the fantastic ocean scenery. The reef consists mainly of dead coral. If you want to see beautiful coral, you need to go to another atoll. You will see an amazing variety of fish species (beautiful fish). Sometimes you will also spot turtles. The water waves are beautiful, and the kids will enjoy it (as long as they can swim). Don't forget to bring your water shoes (hard to walk without them), diving glasses, or snorkeling gear! You can also buy or rent them on the island!
There are several bars where you can relax with music, juices, and coconut water. All...

Water here looks amazing, difficult to get into due to dead corals and other bits - broken ceramics mainly. The end area is no good for snorkeling and difficult to swim out in. If you want to go snorkeling - and the snorkeling is fabulous here, you need to walk down the side of the island towards the power station - not very nice beach here due to rubbish but swim from there, there's no current, it's an easy swim out over the reef, we saw turtles most days, back tip and white tip sharks and a million other beautiful fish. Just a shame about the rubbish, on the beach and in the first foot...

Not a very impressive marine life, although you can see some types of fish, after a little while it gets boring as you see the same thing over and over. Currents starting in the early afternoon/evening almost every day from what we’ve noticed. They get pretty intense and you need to be careful because they can push you far out very quickly and it’s difficult to swim out of those suction areas. It’s a busy beach, if you want tranquility and solitude, this beach is not right...
