We visited on a Sunday and although it seemed quite busy, we only waited 5 minutes in line. We had Registered (signing waiver agreement) beforehand so it helped to be seen quicker. Each session is given a time slot which helps not to be overcrowded, and for enough attention to be given to the children doing the activity. My 12/13 yo daughter did the climb (it's not indoor climbing - misleading) which is like an obstacle course, which she did enjoy alot. And then the trampoline (we bought a 1hr session - very long! I would say 10-15 minutes would be enough). 20euro for both - 1.5hrs in all, but trampoline for 1hr was too much. You need to buy their own socks for the first time for an extra 3eur. The marshalls were all very helpful. A well needed venue for Malta!! PS. Indoor climbing is called high ropes!

This is kids playground and amusement inside of the Shoreline mall..we never take a ride or played any of the rides but we just took a walk ,stroll, and saw some kinds of rides and we enjoyed it as if we are kids playing itšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚..for those who have kids or kids at heart ,you drop off this place and take ride of ur life as this is a great time to relax, shout and enjoy the rides..😊

Best thing is the way out..

Snippets from many times visiting:

no one speaks Maltese short on staff staff seems afraid of mgmt. one time we visited and there was such a high volume around the trampoline that kids were holding their ears. I went to ask them to turn down the volume. The staff told me that they can’t. It was set by mgmt and they couldn’t. I asked them to ask mgmt by they didn’t want to. So naturally I asked for the mgmt. after 10-20 minutes mgmt came and said (after saying WHAT? 3 times due to the high volume) that they couldn’t but would check. I said that the volume was different just yesterday.. and magically, they managed to turn it down to normal levels. the registration system is a joke. Not only does a registration ā€expireā€ but they’ll keep you in the system, ie not GDPR compliant. also, speaking of IT. Someone who ordered it made it possible to chose year of birth as decades. Funny thing it starts with 2000 and ends with 2199, ie future proof šŸ˜‚ the kiosk! lol! I once asked the staff if there were anything healthy to buy… they laughed. So I said. Do you sell any fruits? They looked confuxes and said I can buy one of the juices (with sugar). pricing was inconsistent first two years. Sometimes we were asked to pay full price for a parent just to be with a kid.. now it is free as supposed do.. I mean I’m not jumping!

the arcade machines are only accepting pre paid cards. Fair enough.. but minimum spend 10 euro. Not buying that for a toddler wanting to try the car once.

Positive, the...

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at Gravity Malta and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. • Upon arrival, the toilets inside the party area were disgustingly dirty. When I reported this to the receptionist, I was told they belonged to Shoreline. As clients, we should not be expected to deal with business-to-business issues — at the very least, staff could have reported the matter and ensured it was addressed. • The party had around 20 children, yet there was only one assistant supervising. This is clearly insufficient for a safe and enjoyable experience. • All drinks were warm — no ice, fridge, or freezer available — which is unacceptable, especially for an August party. The only drinks offered were warm bottles stored under a cabinet. • Five of the children’s meals were served incorrectly, and the children had to wait so long that others had already finished eating by the time the correct meals arrived. • The reception staff looked bored, tired, and projected a negative attitude, which is not suitable for a children’s entertainment business. • Most concerning of all: inside the trampoline area, an unknown teenage boy — much bigger than my son — was deliberately jumping on him for ā€œfun.ā€ Despite an assistant being right there, she did nothing. I had to intervene myself to stop it. This is a serious safety issue and unacceptable in a venue that promotes itself as a safe space for children.

Overall, I cannot recommend Gravity Malta. I felt we were left to handle problems ourselves and take risks...

I recently visited Gravity with my kids, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Initially, we intended to go to the trampoline area, but upon arrival, we realized it was mainly geared towards toddlers. So, we decided to switch to the climbing and high-ropes section.

Since we went in the morning, the area was relatively quiet, which made it seem manageable. However, by noon, it became fully packed. After receiving our harnesses, there was no security briefing or guidance on navigating the area, which was particularly concerning with children hanging on ropes three stories high.

To make matters worse, the staff members who were supposed to assist us were far from helpful. They seemed disinterested and were more preoccupied with their phones and social media than supervising the kids. Having someone not paying attention in such a high-risk environment is unacceptable.

Overall, I expected a much safer and more engaging experience when taking my children to this place. I won't be returning and can't recommend it to others looking for a safe and supportive atmosphere for their kids.

I would have given 1, but the Gravity employees at reception were nice and helpful, so this...
