I paid 12 euros for an hour on the trampoline and let my son in at 5:30. I stepped away briefly to grab a coffee at Starbucks and returned at 5:55, only to find my son crying because he had been kicked out of the trampoline area. I was absolutely shocked. Despite being nearby, my son was scared and alone. When I approached the staff to address the situation, I was met with hostility. Not only that, but they allowed a complete stranger to verbally abuse me and interfere in the matter, though she had no knowledge of what was happening. When I raised the issue with the manager, it was clear he was far too young and inexperienced to be in charge of overseeing children. Instead of investigating the situation properly, he came back with a ridiculous explanation that the staff member had told him my son claimed he was "losing his breath" — a phrase my son doesn’t even know how to say. To make matters worse, they couldn’t even offer me a refund for the inadequate service. This staff is clearly unfit to handle the responsibility of caring for young children. When you are entrusted with supervising children, it is your duty to ensure their safety and well-being at all times. This includes monitoring them properly, responding appropriately to issues, and maintaining a safe environment where strangers are not permitted to intimidate or harass parents. The place there is wonderful and very beautiful. If you want to go shopping, this is the place to go shopping. If you want to take a walk and enjoy looking at the sea, sitting with your loved one, and enjoying a cup of coffee, then this place, in my opinion, deserves seven stars. This is a small description of this place, and let us not forget the large fountain, which is played from time to time with music as if it were dancing and following the musical tunes. In fact, this place is one of the most amazing places I have visited. If you believe me, go and see these places for yourself and you will not regret it. Malta is worth a visit. In my opinion, every place in it is considered a relic of ancient generations dating back hundreds of years or more. This is clear from the shape of the architecture and the way in which those ancient buildings were built there and how caves were dug in some of the mountains on the sea.
