Phoenix mall is very animated place you will always find diffrent interesting corners for stall of good and quality products of creative self made products going on some artisans cratfting ;painting ect.. Lovely beads products as local self made jewellery. all sorts non polluted bags. Flowers seeds and young fruits plants trees herbs like thyms parsley and sages which is becoming queit rare as plant here. Roses and succulents plants. All these gathering stall on the first floor of the mall . You can use the rolling escalator . Ending with an exist on the other interesting side also of the mall is throughout automatic slifing door the exiting space goes directly to the metro station of phoenix mall if u have to use metro tram to go straight away to capital port louis or may be he opposite side drive u to Curepipe central. There's a lot of good shops for shopping too all sports shop among so many and Sebastian hair style is very good for a new re looking style of hair they are doi g very good there 😍 Just before is my favourite shop is Gifi.🙂 Its a very cute place to choose a gift out of what you want and see the various other interesting side also of flowering pots Swimming stuffs; cushions A few furnitures to feel comfortable beside your pool☺ if not just a foldable armschair. There are from big to tiniest Like purses and earings Laces ect.. Bols knives plates kitchen corner side . Very colourful articles and non toxic plastic or silicone products.

Woolworths shops also i love their stuffs there. Can have smarts and light gowns.clothes and many other goods of top qualities.

Whiles visiting the mall theres always good musicians artost performing some of the time like violin player seen there good and very talented. Locals Radio's with there outdoors animations some of the time keep the mall alive with their games and bouchers remittances. And finally you have a great food court where u can eat . U can see all the great brands usually gathering like KFc Ect... There's a super market its jumbo very brighter place and warmth welcomed and not so bad about prices of products you have a variable quality of stuffs so you have a good choice of what want .

Restaurants where you can be smartly go and taste food foods too or having a coffee or smthing else to drink. Well ending with a very important place is a kids play areas indoor one where kids enjoy themselves through games of healthy activities . I think thats all my view of it i could have miss some other thing because theres good interestingly of all kinds all u have to do is to let yourself wandering around all will come to a enjoyable...

(UK) - Feb 2023 - Very light and unpretentious atmosphere. A good mix of chain and independent stores offering products at reasonable prices. The metro link is great. There is a shallow gradient ramp and also stairs to the entrance. Inside the foyer are some stores, with an escalator down to the main shopping plaza. The lift on the left is not well signposted. It is a cool and very clean environment. It's good to see the management taking care in the presentation of the centre.

The car park entrance is slightly above ground level. There is a hotel style ramp that cars can access to let their occupants alight and a wide shallow gradient ramp into the shopping complex so great for wheelchair users.

An issue that came to the fore when it rained is that the roof of the central coffee area is a bit exposed to the elements, and drips of water could be seen splashing on the floor, creating puddles.

On return to the centre, I noticed the steps on the other side of the coffee shop are not easily defined by people with limited vision or non attentive children. The step edge could be marked with paint to highlight it, install a handrail, or signposted to warn people of the danger from a fall.

The facilities (toilets) are very clean and fresh, although again not well signposted. I originally intended to only visit Jumbo but was enticed to browse other shops and stop for coffee. Very commendable...

Nice mall, it is nicely built with focus of small entrepreneur market at the start where you get out of the metro and then you have shops and spaces to roam around. Obviously, I know you guys will ask for food, well the food court is at the end after a nice 10 min walk around. You have small cafes along the walk way if you want to have a break. The food court is nice, lovely atmosphere, but jammed when too much people are there. You have a lot of varieties, and pizzas and restaurant to sit and have a nice cosy time, yes talking about nandos and pomodoro here. It is well ambianced, with a lot of people. Well ATM is somehow difficult to look for, MCB ATM is in the far beginning and yes, if some stalls accept only cash as form of payment. Jumbo is nice as well, good varieties of things you can buy, but you need to leave your bag at the desk, unlike some others where they let you bring your back pack with you. The main issue is the consierge is too far from the cash counters, therefore it become difficult if you have to get your bag from there. Well 4/5 ... I meant 3.5/5 but yeah overall good, but some adjustments can be done , it is basically a straight line walking gallery, back and forth, but you can't go round to reach the end from another way. Yes there is parking and metro is directly related...

A very popular mall and very lively food court Options are nandos, happy rajah, sushi park, ocean basket, el mondo, videa café, swad, and many others. The mall is clean, spacious, and family-friendly, with plenty of parking (including a basement- paid parking), and free Wi-Fi. Big advantage -> direct connection to the Metro Express—you can hop off the train and walk straight into the mall. May have tight parking and crowding during busy hours/days.
