You don't feel welcome anymore! We experienced a very uncomfortable encounter. We where harassed by three different workers at the same time while walking on our way out, a young man, a gardener and a uniformed worker. The young man challenged me go to the office and report the awkward situation he just created. They all are not trained on how to approach visitors. Seems they lack education both civil and moral or maybe are not fit for their jobs. All where exaggerating the security limits like if we where crossing the US border without a Visa or trespassing private property while this is a public place managed by a foundation. Venimos desde Tijuana para visitar este parque. En cuanto entramos los guardias nos preguntaron si teníamos permiso para usar nuestra cámara, a lo que dijimos que no. No sabíamos que necesitabamos uno y nos indicaron que podíamos solicitarlo. No hay ningún letrero que señale que no se permita el uso de una cámara y llevar una cámara con nosotros es tan básico como traer el celular (cuando salimos de paseo), así que me pareció bastante extraña esta regla. Veo que la gente comenta su opinión sobre el lugar y agrega fotos sobre su visita. Y precisamente nosotros la llevamos para tomar fotos de nuestra visita y de las áreas verdes, se lo explicamos al guardia pero dijo que igual necesitabamos un permiso. Casualmente unas personas que entraron antes que nosotros iban a tomar fotos para una boda y llevaban un equipo bien preparado para una sesión de fotos. En ese caso lo entiendo porque se trata de un trabajo que puede llevar mucho tiempo y de alguna forma utilizan el espacio que podrían usar el resto de visitantes, ¿Pero con nosotros cuál es el problema? ¿Por qué una persona sí puede hacer uso de su celular pero de una cámara no? Tuvimos que retirarnos y ni siquiera pude conocer el parque por este inconveniente. Entiendo que es un lugar privado y por lo tanto tienen sus propias reglas, pero lo correcto es que se informe de este tipo de cosas (un letrero afuera, en la información pública del lugar, etc.) para que las personas estén preparadas para su visita.
