Viñas de la ERRE — Attraction in Baja California

THUMBS DOWN!! Had to ask for my change three separate times. You would think the reason was because they were busy but there was one other customer there. As far as I know, even in Mexico, tip is optional. I am a pretty generous tipper, tipping 20% standard and up to 50% when the service is amazing but I like choosing how much I tip. The third time I asked for my tip I felt like I was wrestling it from their steel fist. I was very put off by this point and just said the obligatory, "Gracias" and the attendant just turned her back on me. I'm sure they have tons of customers and won't miss my business but all I can say is they need better customer service. The view is nice, though, so...

This place is made for Big groups with plenty of space and plenty seating options. They are known for having weddings/anniversaries at this location because of the space.
