El servivio del personal que nos atendió el día sábado 18 por la tarde, fue de lo peor y hasta insultante. La persona que nos atendió sólo nos sirvió la degustacion, nos indicó que tipo de vino era con que se podía acompañar, se dio la vuelta tomó su celular y se fue al final de la barra. Nos quedamos esperando, la siguiente degustacion por casi 10 minutos. por lo que optamos ir a sentarnos, después de otros 5 o 10 min apareció de nuevo la persona que nos atendió, para esto tuvimos que hablarle ya que ella no mostró ningún interés en acercarse, después de servirnos la 2da degustacion volvió hacer lo mismo y se retiro con el celular. Le solicitamos a otra empleada que estaba con otro grupo de personas si nos podía atender y fue de lo más grosera, prepotente e insultante. Nuna me ubiese imaginado que los dueños de un establecimiento le indicarán a sus empleados que no hay que atender a los clientes, que si no preguntan hay que ignorarlos y prestar más atención en su celular que en su trabajo. Le pedimos si nos podían atender ya que su compañera estaba ocupada en el celular a lo que grosera y altanera respondío: los dueños nos han dicho que debía educar a los clientes a que nosotros los clientes debemos de hacer que interactuen con la clientela, así como que están acostumbrados a tratar con todo tipo de personas .... "que es todo tipo de personas". Somos clientes, pagamos por un servicio, no no lo estás regalando. Fue mi respuesta a su irónico comentario. Al final honestamente no degustamos lo que nos faltaba ya que en este tipo de lugares es mejor no consumir. Preguntamos por la Gerente a lo que nos dijeron era la que ignora, habría que ver que tipo de gerentes ponen ante sus negocios. Mi recomendacion (ya que manejo un personal mucho mayor al que estaba en ese momento y se de lo que hablo) seria bueno capacitar a su personal para dar un trato agradable y de servicio. Eso deja más visitas, más ventas y muchos más ingresos. Se veía un lugar muy agradable, fue mala desicion haber dado la vuelta para llegar. Lastima el vino...

No minors allowed!!! Go to Adobe Guadalupe, Finca la Corodilla, or Decantos! Came here with our toddler during a weekday, the tasting room had about 10 guests and about 4 staff people. We wanted to taste so they allowed us to taste in the terrace but we had to be right where the staff can see us (like if we were children). They were not welcoming at all and made us feel very uncomfortable. Out of 4 wines two were quality. However, I would not recommend anyone going due to their lack of customer service. We have traveled all over California and most wineries allow children and if they don't they don't make you feel uncomfortable,...
