Food Truck Adobe Guadalupe — Restaurant in Baja California

We found this place yesterday when we were in Valle with our 2 dogs. We wanted to pick up some sandwiches to eat with our wine later that evening, after we got back to our airbnb. Not only were the ladies running the establishment the most genuine, kind hearted people who appreciated us having the dogs with us but the food was AMAZING! The garlic shrimp was to die for! I could barely finish my rib eye sandwich but it was so good, I didn’t want to waste it. The glasses of wine we had while we waited for our food were delicious too and I regret not buying a bottle. Lovely place. Quiet. Always sunny. Great prices for really some of the best dishes in the Valle de Guadalupe. Duck sandwich with a Jardín Secreto red wine, or a Arrachera sandwich with the Adobe Guadalupe beer. It’s just perfect. I am a great fan of their salad that comes with the dish which has some Japanese flavor to it; and love it so much that I ask for an extra plate only of that salad. The food here is some of the best food that I have ever had in Mexico. I have been here twice , once with a guided wine tour, and then again with a large group of 20 tourists. On both occasions, the food was phenomenal. What I really appreciated about the last time I was there with a large group is that the woman managing the food truck was so accommodating and helped us pick out a family-style menu that featured a wonderful set of courses.
