Sad experience as #INAH should know that political parties use this place as their own as they were using the parking, leaving the visitors without a place to park, which is unfair as we pay for the entry, this was noted to the staff but they graciously said will check, but as usual the can't do nothing as for them is a job and they do not care why we visited. The exhibition is great! The guides in each room are well Informed. The amazing thing in this place are the views from the top. Is always nice to visit, sad that maintenance...

Nice, small museum that I have been to 4 or 5 times over the last 2 decades. Each time there is something new to see. This time they had wonderful little models depicting exploration of the suteranian world of the peninsula. Along with interesting recognition of palio histiory going back millions of years. Por fuera es muy bonito pero si quieren entrar al fuerte y al museo les recomiendo que lleguen temprano ya que cierran a las 5 pm La entrada es de $50 pesos MXN entre semana ,con credencial de estudiante y del inapam o adultos mayores cobran la mitad al igual que como en todos los museos del INAH y de la república mexicana los domingos, la entrada es completamente gratuita pero el horario es únicamente de 8:00 AM a 5:00 pm Les recomiendo llevar ropa fresca ya que en general Campeche es caluroso húmedo y el fuerte al estar encerrado no corre mucho aire , ah y gorra para el sol , protección solar en general creo que vale la pena pero si no quieres entrar te recomiendo la vista desde lo que pareciera un observatorio desde donde se ve parte de la cuidad pero en general se ve una vista al mar increíble ,lo recomiendo ampliamente , solo que hay que tener en cuenta que el fuerte en general es pequeño por lo tanto no esperen un castillo de cuento de hadas Buen...
