Casino Circus Merida — Attraction in Mérida

We went to the casino not to gamble, but to try out their lunch BUFFET.😁 For $120 you will get a selection of your choice from the buffet incl. soup, main, dessert and selected beverages. Beware that this buffet is no self-service, but you'll receive a little sheet of paper upon arrival where you select which dishes you want, and then the waiter will plate it up and serve it to you. Being a VEGETARIAN, I was happy that there were more than enough options for me. I ended up having an artichoke soup, and pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, beans and stir-fried veggies as my main, and some coconut dessert. Everything was delicious and I was more than full after the meal. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. And value for your money is very good in my opinion....

De todos los casinos que hay en Mérida, este es el más abigarrado, ruidoso y bullanguero.

Su forma circular recuerda al Circo Romano, posee dos niveles y verdaderamente adentro de cada sección la gente trae la fiesta puesta.

Con decirles que hay hasta cantada. Como que les gusta el karaoke, porque me tocó. El sonido a veces se hace infernal. Pero el ambiente lo hace todo: todos que apenas cabemos y nos peleamos las “mejores máquinas”. Nada más faltaría Maquinitas hasta en los baños!

Lo que, en mi humilde opinión hace la gran diferencia con el resto de los casinos, es su gente, su personal. Mega amables y serviciales; aquí no hay que estar gritando “CRÉDITO!”, una y otra vez. Quizá por lo circular, siempre hay alguien atrás de usted.

A diferencia de otros casinos, posee una barra de autoservicio para café, con todas las amenidades. Bar, restaurante y baños en ambos niveles. La zona de mesas está fantásticamente privada con mobiliario Para descansar de la dura batalla contra el azar.

El estacionamiento se comparte con el de una cadena de híper centros comerciales de autoservicio. Uno puede acceder al interior del Casino desde el nivel de calle o desde un piso inferior, directamente.

La seguridad es total. Uno verdaderamente se siente bien atendido y tomado en cuenta, ya que tiene un amplia zona de cajeros.

Y lo mejor, no tienen horario ni fecha en el Calendario: servicio las 24 horas de los 365...

I only went there for the 2x1 buffet on Wednesdays. We paid $170 pesos and it was well worth it. Great service. Host and waitstaff were super nice, helpful and stopped by our table frequently to check on us. The selection was not extensive, but everything was fresh and tasty.
