If you are a foreigner do not use this Embarcadero. Go to the other location on the other side of the canals. We made some local friends and we wanted to share a boat with them. Other reviews of this company suggested that sharing a boat with friends is more fun. Each boat cost 1500 pesos for a 2 hour ride. When we tried to pay for the ride, the woman at the counter told us that because we are Americans we would have to pay $3000 pesos to share the boat. No other group was asked to pay that much for the 2 hour ride. We watched many groups that were much bigger than our group pay only 1500 pesos. If you are not a Mexican they will rip you off. Great experience at a fair price We took a 5-hour trip that included the Isla de las Muñecas, and everything was well organized. The coordinator stayed in contact and guided us throughout, making it easy to know where to go. The boat captain was super informative and even took us to a local market for food and drinks. Empresa muito séria e bastante atenciosa. Recomendo. Contactei a empresa por WhatsApp e fui muito bem atendida pela Senhorita Brenda, que me respondia rapidamente e foi me orientando até chegarmos no local das trajineras. A Senhorita Brenda foi muito atenciosa. Fiquei muito satisfeita. Nosso destino era a Isla de las Muñecas. A trajinera era bem segura e o condutor Gonzalo era muito educado e mostrou ser competente e muito profissional. Infelizmente, no meio do passeio, tivemos um problema técnico: os barcos não estavam passando para o outro canal que dáva acesso à Isla de las Muñecas. Fomos obrigados a voltar. Fiquei com medo de não ter o meu dinheiro de volta, mas a senhorita Brenda foi muito profissional e nos devolveu o dinheiro integralmente, sem nenhum problema, o que mostrou que a empresa é séria.
