This hotel is built on lies, wasted time, and total disrespect. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD.
This place is a scam wrapped in empty promises. We landed in Puerto Vallarta and got approached by a promoter who sold us this “experience.” They pitch it as supporting a locally owned hotel with a free breakfast and quick tour if you just take some photos and leave a review. Sounds fine, right? WRONG.
We were crystal clear about our schedule — we had a flight out of PVR, were staying in Sayulita, and STILL they insisted we wake up early, skip our paid-for breakfast at our hotel, and haul ourselves all the way out to Vidanta World. And for what? To be told we didn’t have “enough time” to be let in. They wasted our entire morning, made us wait around for 30 pointless minutes, and then tossed us aside like garbage.
To make matters worse, we were lied to from the beginning. They promised the presentation is just one hour, when in reality it drags on for nearly four as one of the employees there secretly let us know. And they know exactly what they’re doing — nobody on vacation would ever agree to sit through a four-hour sales pitch, so they deliberately misrepresent it to lure people in. That is not a misunderstanding; that is intentional dishonesty.
The worst part? Not a single staff member had the decency to come speak to us directly. We had to hunt down a manager ourselves while fuming, only to get brushed off with the excuse that “this is to ensure you don’t miss your flight.” That was not concern — it was a cover-up for their own inefficiency and lack of care. It’s painfully obvious they don’t value their customers — not even potential ones.
This is not just bad service — it’s disrespectful, dishonest, and downright insulting. If this is how they treat people at the front door, imagine how they’ll treat you once they’ve got your money.
Avoid this disaster at all costs. Don’t waste your time, your energy, or your sanity. There are plenty of hotels in Puerto Vallarta that actually value their guests. Avoid...
Read moreWe were given a free tour of the property. When we arrived at the resort, it was a lot of waiting. We didn't see anything other than buildings, a pool, and a room. We were taken for "lunch," and there were only a few select items. We were told it would only take 60 minutes of our time and then we were free to enjoy the facilities. It took from 12pm to 3pm, and it was the second last day of our honeymoon, and it was spent inside trying to get away from the salespeople. Yes, it's impressive. The rooms are amazing, but they tell you it's not a time share, but it is!! My husband said no to signing up for a membership in every single different way you could think of. When we were finally out of there, the kind, friendly service disappeared!! We had to find our own way out of that maze, they did pay for a taxi back to our resort, so that was a bonus. We had an opportunity to use our day pass for the next day, however I felt that we would be met with more haggling to get us to sign a membership that asks for a $5,000 usd down payment......we live in Canada, so it would've been more. So we did not use it. I was pissed!! They wasted my time and I didn't see anything that made me go...
Read moreIf I could give a zero star would be too much! We arrived at this location, March 13 at 1 PM in the afternoon. We were told we were going to do a presentation which takes approximately one hour. We registered for the presentation and ended up getting on a golf cart and we were dropped off in the middle of nowhere. And we were told to follow the pathway. 2 1/2 hours later we’re still walking around trying to figure out where we are and we are told that we have to wait 30 minutes for lunch plus an extra hour for someone to come and get us out of this facility. It’s now 2 1/2 hours and we’re at the front desk trying to figure out how to get out of this facility. I reached out to the CEO. Mr Daniel Chavez Moran to make him aware of this unpleasant experience. I am a diabetic and there were seven (7) people in total one who had walking issues and one who had open heart surgery in July 2024. At no point were we offered a single drop of water until I made the lady at the front desk fully aware of the situation. It’s now three hours later and we are finally taking a taxi out. Water bottle in hand, nothing to eat. You would not treat a dog like this. Avoid this place...
