Kingdom of the Sun at Vidanta Nuevo Nayarit — Hotel in Nayarit

(4.9/5) Our visit was incredible, we loved the hotel and the atmosphere. Such a lovely stay. The staff at the presidential pool, cleaning staff and concierge at kingdom are very friendly and attentive.

I suggest: -The crepes and salads in “sweet Paris” a restaurant at (the plaza) of the hotels complex. The coffee is really good too. -If you want to have bfast buffet at (restaurante del lago) take into consideration that THERE IS GOING TO BE A WAITING LIST. Most guests will be there waiting to get a table. The buffet has a lot of options for breakfast (it’s from 7-00am to 11:00am) and they stop accepting people exactly at 11:00 so take the waiting time into consideration.

The only thing to mention is: -The carts that take you from the hotel to other areas take A LOT of time to pick you up. They only have two carts available while other hotels have more to their disposal.

Since kingdom is far from the main complex (gym, restaurants, beach, grocery store, etc) you need to take the carts or the skydream “gondola” to move around (the gondola has hours of operation from 9:00am - 5:00pm).

During our stay a lot of guests filled a complain about this (carts taking to long), and the next upcoming days they managed to solve the issue, idk if they will maintain this attention in the future.

As a long-time owner, I have been disappointed by the unfulfilled promises and lies. Despite my absence for several years, I am still being contacted to visit one of the resorts, where they attempt to persuade me to attend a meeting to increase my investment. Unfortunately, my previous experience was marred by subpar food and excessive restaurant bills, which were initially promised to be comped. Now, I am being invited to return to the Kingdom of the Sun, which they claim is fully completed. However, upon further inquiry, I discovered that the resort is not yet finished. I requested assurance that my room would not overlook a construction site, but the representative was unable to provide this guarantee. Furthermore, I was informed that there would be no discount for the inconvenience. It appears that the resort's intention is to confine guests within the premises, compelling them to spend excessively. I am disheartened by the treatment I have received and would not recommend this resort to anyone. Quit lying to your members. I feel so sad for anybody that’s trying to become an owner there. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 - An Unforgettable Poolside Experience with Edgar and Adie! Edgar and Adie absolutely made our poolside afternoon with their incredible entertainment by the pool! Their energy, charisma, and seamless blend of **English and Spanish kept everyone engaged, laughing, and having the best time. The highlight was Mexican Bingo (Loteria)—Edgar and Adie made it so much fun with their lively hosting, hilarious commentary, and interactive style..  Beyond the games, their warm personalities and genuine enthusiasm created such a welcoming atmosphere.
