This park is a viewpoint with an incredible view. It is a very clean place, it has a small free parking lot (sometimes it fills up very fast). Dos maneras de llegar una vez q estás al pie del cerro sobre Belisario Domínguez, en auto si el interés está en llegar sin cansarse, la pendiente es un camino de 5 a 10 min ó a pie, 20 a 30 min según la condición física q se tenga, si el sol y calor son molestia ó si se quiere tomar fotos de la zona al pie de la entrada, donde unos metros hacia arriba está el museo, q cierra a las 6 pm. Yo subí al rededor d las 6:40, p evitar el sol candente, y porque se pueden hacer muy buenas fotos con luz de los alrededores, y esperando un poco, ya q es una zona muy segura, y el mirador se cierra a las 10 pm, tiempo suficiente para tomas panorámicas nocturnas espectaculares q no se llavan mucho tiempo para realizar, sitio totalmente familiar, la ciudad empieza a cobrar vida entre tarde noche por las condiciones climáticas y sin problema se puede estar hasta el cierre, de regreso el museo es ilumindo de noche y es digno de nuevas fotografías y disfrutar del viento fresco ó cálido según la estación del año, tristemente no colocaron la bandera en el asta del mirador, día con mucho aire, y puede romperse la bandera según me comentaron las personas del lugar, la mejor vista para retratarse en cualquier ángulo ya q se vé toda la ciudad desde ahi, sin duda un lugar...

Easy to get to and you can drive up or walk up. The view is great morning or later on although it's not 24/7. There's information next to the flag showing the dates they'll have the flag up which is really useful. Maybe the museum near the flag isn't huge or anything but it's still something. It's worth taking some water though since I went there and ate some churros but then there wasn't really anywhere to get...
