There are many things I like about this hotel and many things that need to be improved. The included parking was an unexpected bonus. The location and view were very nice. The reception staff were very inviting but i ended up checking out earlier than expected due to some problems. I ended up staying just one night which was enough to enjoy the view and get a feel for the hotel. I would probably go back but only for one night as it is a bit expensive. I really liked the television with many channels available in English and Spanish. The hotel elevators are annoyingly slow which I find strange for a new property. Be careful not to get into the service elevator or you will be stuck on it for a while. They need to make it more obvious to guests which elevator is the service elevator as it is not very clear. The restaurant was great especially 24 hours and they have very affordable meals that if you do not finish you can take up to your room. Unfortunately I did not get to experience the breakfast so no comment but it did look busy in the morning so arrive early. I liked the technology in the suite but it took me forever for me to figure out the lights. I did not really enjoy the suite or think that it's worth the extra money so next time I may just take a regular room. Despite the fact that there was a coffee maker there were no coffee cups in the bedroom... And then I was not able to enjoy the breakfast... Annoyed at the situation and due to the current Hilton promotion I decided to check out early. Luckily there was a Tim Hortons nearby which was very convienent and affordable. Read moreI booked this hotel because of the proximity to the clinic I was going to. Otherwise I would have selected another hotel.||||First remark concerned the lack of staff speaking English. It was a nightmare as I am French and do not speak mqny languages.||All of my requests were difficult to communicate because of that.||||Secondly, the room was not clean which is not acceptable.||Hoovering was not done daily and as i am allergical to dust. Thus i have to try to make the cleaning lady understand that point!||||Thirdly, eating at the restaurant is a process on it own.. The delays to prepare fresh food has never been never seen and I am living in the Caribbean so I know what is long.. but there at this restaurant and bar this is something else, especially since my time was limited.||I ordered twice room services and each time my food was cold especially soup that I ordered to get warm... not acceptable.||All of these points were mentioned before leaving the hotel.||||Positive point: one of the supervisor at the restaurant spoke English and was very helpful.||||At the reception desk, not everyone was speaking languages but those who did were nice and helpful.||||The staff who were greeting clients next to the elevators were polite and courteous.||||In conclusion, my 3 nights stay was mitigated and I don't know at this stage if I will come back for my next trip to Monterrey.||Many things and services need to...

Cons: Service - I have stayed at a lot of hilton properties across different countries and most have offered good to excellent customer service. As a Diamond member you get breakfast which is offered at the restaurant in the lobby level. Upon arrival I was told most tables were reserved but they managed to put me in one. I sat for 30 minutes and was not offered a water or coffee. I waived a waitress down and she simply waived to hold on, then went on her way to clean tables.
