We wanted to booked for a group of 8 girls, and the team was so accommodating, organized, and responsive. They were able to schedule us 4 at a time, and were able to securely pay online in advance for our deposit, and the rest after we finished our services. Our Mayakoba resort would not allow massage therapists from other businesses enter their grounds, so the Spa at Home team helped us coordinate transportation to Botica Spa to have our services there instead. The coordination was so seamless! The location was beautiful. They really took care to create the most tranquil and lovely space. They paid attention to every little detail to create the perfect environment for us. The entire team is so talented, have such beautiful energy, and will know what you need to let your body and mind relax and unwind. We each had 2.5 hour sessions with a massage and facial, and EVERYONE loved their treatments. We flew in from Los Angeles and New York City, and love to get massages, so when we say these massages and treatments were some of the best in our lives, we really mean it. It was very easy to make an appointment and build a special birthday package for our group of three via WhatsApp. Our three therapists showed up on time and brought everything they needed for our services to include essential oils, spa music, scented candle, and spa grade skin and facial products. We had the full body scrubs, massages, and hydrating facials. They quickly transformed our AirBNB condo into a luxury spa within minutes.
