What a rip off!!. The page says 150 pesos and they charge 500!! The people who are organizing at the desk are only after money and not It customer satisfaction! This was the worst experience we have had in Mexico. My husband entered the water, had a panic attack and left and they wouldn’t refund any amount of his money! From the webpage, we thought it would be an incredible experience with fresh water and salt water fish living in harmony! I personally wouldn’t recommend this cenote to anyone! I saw 3 fish! If this man in the photo approaches you don’t buy. It is a different price for each person!

Casa Cenote, also known as Cenote Manatee, is a breathtaking open cenote nestled within the mangroves. I highly recommend the snorkeling tour priced at $500, which allows you to explore the entire cenote with a guide for approximately 45 minutes. While we didn't encounter the famous crocodile, it was still an incredible experience. No additional costs! The package includes lockers, parking conveniently situated next to the cenote, as well as vests and all necessary equipment. Payment by card is also accepted.

I recently visited Cenote Manatí, and while the place itself is truly beautiful, the overall experience was deeply disappointing. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional — at one point, we were even threatened, which is completely unacceptable.

The equipment they provide is in terrible condition, absolutely not worth the high prices they charge. It feels like their only goal is to take your money, not to ensure your safety or offer a good customer experience.

The guides were completely unprepared and careless, showing no real knowledge or concern for the visitors. It’s a shame that such a stunning natural site is being run by people who clearly don’t care about anything...

We had high hopes for Cenote Manatí because of the amazing photos online, but the reality was very different. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with disrespect and acted like we were a nuisance. One of them even raised their voice and made us feel unsafe.

We paid extra for snorkeling equipment, but what they gave us was worn out and barely usable. The guide barely explained anything and seemed more interested in rushing us through than helping us enjoy the experience. Honestly, it felt like the whole place is just a tourist trap focused on overcharging people, not providing a safe or...
