I recently visited Cenote Manatí, and while the place itself is truly beautiful, the overall experience was deeply disappointing. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional — at one point, we were even threatened, which is completely unacceptable.
The equipment they provide is in terrible condition, absolutely not worth the high prices they charge. It feels like their only goal is to take your money, not to ensure your safety or offer a good customer experience.

The people who are organizing at the desk are only after money and not It customer satisfaction! This was the worst experience we have had in Mexico.
My husband entered the water, had a panic attack and left and they wouldn’t refund any amount of his money!
From the webpage, we thought it would be an incredible experience with fresh water and salt water fish living in harmony!
