Only worth it for taking a look - it is a very beautiful spot.
However, I visited 20th Dec but didn't swim - so much algae on the surface, flies and mosquitoes. And much of the cenote is very shallow (especially on left of the bridge). With the friendly family who welcome you is an unfriendly dog - intimidating!
