Ek Lum Tulum — Hotel in Quintana Roo

I did a 200 hours yoga teacher training in Om Sanctuary from the 19th of May to 9th of June 2023. It took me a while to find the courage and ease to write this but this is what happened there:||The owner of Om Sanctuary, a man in his 40ies or 50ies (saying he is "one year old“), going by the name of "Salvador Enciso“ or "Flow“, sexually harassed me and another young female trainee. I also know, he is using the official Instagram from Om Sanctuary for recruiting beautiful young women asking to come work / volunteer for him. 
||After it happened to me and the other trainee, I called him out but his response and 'excuse' was just defensive bs: "They are grown up women, they could have said no“; "I am just a touchy person“ (but touching us never in front of the others, just when we were alone in the car with him or walking past him; also I never saw him touching any of the male workers or the male trainee); "It was not intended to be a sexual touch; just a friendly touch“ (touching and stroking the inner thighs, asking to hold hands). ||This guy is a an example of a man in power abusing it under the guise of "spirituality“ (as so often in Tulum). And he is not just the owner of Om, he is offering sessions as "Holistic Health & Ayurvedic Practioner, Life Optimization and Spiritual Coach“. ||I am writing this because I don’t think someone like him should offer any form of therapy. 
I am writing this because I don’t think Om Sanctuary is a safe place to book a room, host a retreat, ceremony etc. or is a place that deserves any kind of support.||I am writing this because I think people have a right to know this. ||I am writing this because I am done with staying silent on...

Be warned!!!! I do not recommend anyone booking this spa experience. The red flags were there, wanting deposit but asking me the day before to reschedule or what services I was expecting even after booking and being contacted for deposit. We showed up on time for the appointment and the masseuse were not there because of car problems per the manager, which I have photos evidence of how bad the location looked because of trash and seaweed and flies but also time stamps that no one was there at the scheduled time and we were. The manager stated we would get a full refund and has yet to keep his word so I have to file a claim and dispute with my bank for refund. Unprofessional, unsafe, unsanitary, unacceptable. Learn from my mistakes and never give a deposit and go with your gut.
