Best Buy Tours Cozumel — Attraction in San Miguel de Cozumel

I really wanted to book here as the review was wonderful. However, it is impossible to book here. 1. I asked for the booking and they said I can't and won't answer 2. Then they asked me if I am someone else, then when I said I am not that person, they said I cannot book. So I asked if it is me and what I can do to facilitate booking. 3. I asked for availability, dates and time slots and they won't provide it even if their life depended on it. 4. They left me a voice message that is 15 minutes long saying I can't go to north. I was so confused at this point because I didn't ask. They said I can only go to east. Like I know the difference... still will not provide any available slots. 5. I asked if he knows me and if I did something to him and that's why he won't take me ask customer and tried to explain I have never been to Cozumel. I am not the person he thinks he is maybe so he will let me book. 6. I asked if I can call and please allow me 5 minutes to speak and I can ask questions and book so please let me know the best time to call - this is what I got as an answer - I am eating lobster on my cruise so I don't want to talk to you. Like... okay... I am happy for you but could you tell me when I can call? He finally said I don't want you as a customer.... I am literally horrified by their attitude and booking system. My guess is that he thought I couldn't afford the tour. I told him I stay at IHG which I think there's only one. However he kept on going with I am staying at a cheap hotel and $10 is a really big money etc. mind you that I have never met this person let alone sharing details of my financial situation. I am by no means a rich person but I really didn't think IHG was such a cheap hotel... everyone has standards but this guy seemed like he made enough money that he chooses the client... and this was a span of a week 6 days of communication. Marcos is the warmest, most knowledgeable, and most professional tour guide you could hope for.

We had a basic idea of what we wanted to do while visiting Cozumel with our family (a group of 8) and not only did Marcos completely exceed our expectations but the personal touches he adds puts everything over the top.

He was flexible with planning and great with recommendations for just about anything you might want to do from shopping, eating, drinks, and views. You name it and Marcos will point you in the right direction.

We managed to go horseback riding along the beach, touring the island by Jeep, an outstanding organic tequila tasting tour, an amazing ATV and Cenote tour, as well as a breathtaking snorkeling tour, plus two trips to what is possibly the best mojito spot in Cozumel with insane views of the ocean.

Everyone Marcos worked with was so warm, friendly, and professional. I just cannot recommend Marcos enough, he's a 10/10 guide with such attention to detail and an amazing personality to boot. Even though this was our third trip here Marcos helped our family truly experience Cozumel and make fantastic memories together that will last a lifetime!
