Its a small park located in the city region named Rascanovca. I was struck by the peaceful and inviting atmosphere of the park. This monument is in the Parcul Afgan. It’s nice to look at and walk around. There are fountains that the children play in and hundreds of birds for the kids to feed. The park has a real “community and family” feeling to it.
