Rafaello Beach — Attraction in Herceg Novi

Terrible - its not a beach. It's people lying on top of people lying on top of sharp rocks. Rafaello beach has only rocks or concrete slabs. But you can rent sun beds of course. My feet hurt all the time.

The commercial build-up in the area has ruined any pleasantry- its stuffed with dilapidated buildings, bad restaurants, and cheap clubs.
