Bin Khambha Ganesh Mandir as the name suggests it is Temple built on walls without pillars. The Temple hall has dimension of 25 feet x 25 feet but no pillars i.e columns. When the temple is seen from inside it is revealed that it is dome (gopuram) is built using stone masonry arch balancing the forces from all sides and load will be transferred to four walls. The arch structure is not visible from out side. The main deity of the temple Lord Ganesha statue is beautifully carved with black stone. This temple is located in close proximity of Sri Karveer Nivasini Ambabai Mahalaxmi Temple which is must see.

This temple is at the corner of Mahadvar Road. The temple consists of two parts, the inner temple and the mandap in front. Both these have no pillars to support the ceiling and hence the temple is called Binkhambi (or without pillars). The mandap is a square room about 25' x 25'. The usual tower with Kalas is on the inner temple. The image of Ganapati is of stone with Shendur applied to it. The temple was formerly known as Josirao's Ganapati, possibly because the Josirao family was managing the temple.

The Binkhambi Ganesh Mandir is a temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha located very close to the Mahalaxmi temple. The temple is not crowded and we got our Darshan very quickly. The unique aspect about this temple is that there are no pillars used for supporting the roof of the temple thats why its called Binkhambi(No pillars).
