Well developed area for staffs. There is crocodile birthing center & one rhino inside perimeter but i wish more things can be establish like a zoo. Small canteen inside and very less choice of food there. You have to get the ticket to get inside. You can buy tshirt related to thia national park from counter too. I also get on around 500 nrs. Nothing much there to see. You better do jungle safari whenever you visit here. Lots of hotels around. To get here, get off at Ambasa (east west highway), from there take Auto to Thakurdwara which can be expensive if you hire but if you wait then they only charge normal...
Read moreBeautiful park to enjoy a trek or a safari in the jungle and to experience animals in their natural environment. It is really not too crowded, and you can enjoy the peacefulness. Spotting animals becomes a real fun adventure.
But more efforts should be taken to protect the park, the nature and the animals for the future (such as reducing trash, reduce the use of plastic, make sure tourists and guides do not leave trash in the park). Also it is sad to see this one tiger in a cage at the entrance of the park. Something should be done to improve the life...
