I live in Southwest Amsterdam. This place is around 15 minutes away from me by bike. Cycled all the way to Nieuwe Meer and I was not disappointed! Bike path is good and has great view of the water. It's even really nice now that spring is approaching, how much more in summer. There are some cattles and rabbits you can also pass by. 🐄🐇🌳🍃

It is a very beautiful area. But it is a bit dangerous; Many criminals walk through that area and the police do nothing. They should put security cameras at each of the entrances to this area.

Many young people on scooters pass through the bike paths at high speed. They have to prohibit the passage of any type of motor vehicle between the Nieuwe Meer because there is a risk of running over small...
