2Switch Arnhem — Attraction in Arnhem

Great place, however issue I have is that they have a section that is supposedly with Silver jewelry but I don't know how they price it because if you buy the silver jewelry new elsewhere it costs 1/2rd of the price. There is usually a premium but not like this considering they didn't even make it. So how do they determine the price of things if they price junk silver for 4-10 times the actual metal price, it makes me question the pricing on the actual junk they sell. I literally brought a magnet and a scale to check as well as online search.

I guess the point is you shouldn't come here for anything other than second hand furniture.

I read a couple of responses and they say the price they set is determined by the value of the product, yeah sure maybe but I have proof that for the silver jewelry they must have just made a guestimate. I'm specifically criticizing the jewelry section. I'll re-edit my rating to a 5/5 if next time I visit I see that they are doing what they preach. That's fine, if they say we have a high premium on silver jewelry. If they specifically say this I will also change my review to a 5/5 stars. Add a disclaimer.

Never using them again. They came a couple of times and only took the stuff they could sell for the highest amount (things I could sell myself on Marktplaats).

They said some items are not good enough -- it's a joke because, for example, I had good quality wooden chairs that were not that old and were in good condition.

You might as well save the time and hassle and just sell what you can on Marktplaats and then go to the dump with the rest because if you were to call them, you'd probably have to do that anyways to get rid of what they won't pick up.

This company wants all of the advantages (free inventory to sell) and none of the disadvantages (picking up stuff that they can't...

Ik kwam met een bon waar mijn stempels op stonden. De stempel kaarten waren in Elst op. Nu had ik in Elst 105,- uitgegeven en had ze netjes een stempel erop gezet dat ik nog stempels tegoed had. Daar had 2 Switch Arnhem geen boodschap aan. Ze deden of ik de boel aan bedriegen was, en ik moest maar terug na Elst. Ze waren zelf niet bereid te bellen na Elst naam van gene die mij dit zo had gegeven stond op de bon. Na herhaaldelijk aandringen hebben ze toch gebelt en klopte mijn verhaal. Toen ik hem confronteerde dat het niet netjes is hoe ze hiermee omgingen, en ze mij het gevoel gaven of ik de boel aan bedonderen was. Hierna nog steeds, ja maar filiaal Elst is fout. Daar heeft de klant geen boodschap aan, een netjes sorry voor het ongemak we gaan hiermee aan het werk was op zijn plaats geweest!!! Zeer klant onvriendelijk de kassa mevr was wel heel netjes maar de leiding gevende was zeer asociaal gemakzuchtig en weet niet wat klantvriendelijkheid is. Mag wel een cursus volgen klantgerichtheid. En absoluut geen visite kaartje voor de 2 switch. Er kwam ook nog een wat oudere gezette vrouw overheen schreeuwen tegen mij "ga toch na Elst" zeer onvriendelijk en asociaal werkt normaal bij de kleding afdeling. Die had ik gelijk ontslagen...
