Bomboca is not your normal cafe, it’s an institution! It’s a tiny portal to Portuguese food and drinks, a corner for those who are running away from flavorless food world out there. Bifana better than most places in Portugal? Check (subjective claim alert here). Coffee better than most places in the Netherlands? Yes (objective claim). Great people making and serving the food? First of all really good products and atmosphere but be careful when paying cash.. Always double check the amount given back. I just gave 20€ for a 13€ bill and received only 2€ back. I can understand when there are few cents missing but not for that difference. I should have calculated right away. Worst is no sorry...

Very nice little cafe with affordable price. I had the pastel de nata and queijadas together with fresh ginger tea. The pastel de nata was delicious.
