Where do i start, right from check in it was a disaster, we had to pay 100 euro deposit but we werent allowed to pay cash it had to be either a credit or debit card. We then had to give the reception our IBAN number so that they could transfer the money back, all these numbers were hand written on a piece of paper and would you believe it we have just been informed that they cant match the numbers to the chalets so we are having to send them all again to get our deposits back.||On to the chalets, we were staying in Chalet 54 a simple 2 bedroom chalet. The place was filthy, from filthy floors to surfaces it looked like it hadnt had a clean since the previous year. Main bedroom was 2 single beds pushed together and 2nd bedroom was 3 bunk beds, the top bunk is just dangerous, there is no edge protection and my son accidently rolled out during the night hitting the bottom bunk as he landed luckily only causing bruising. We got up the next morning to find anything that was on the floor was covered in Ants! We ended up buying cleaning products from the spar and cleaning the place ourselves.||On to the facilities, ||Pump track - no complaints|Football pitch - unusable, massive puddle at one end|Paddle court - no complaints apart from constant litter being left |Mini golf - Looked like it hadnt been looked after in a long time, nearly every hole covered in sand and there is no way you could play on it.|Arcade - open but no machines were ever on|Park - no complaints|Indoor pool - no complaints but pool was never supervised |Outdoor pool - never used it||Snack bar - served ice cream and food etc but son was told they stop serving pizzas at 5pm, not sure why but thats what he was told. Food he got was chicken nuggets and chips which he didnt like.||Beach bar and restaurant - only ate here once and had the chicken pizza, tomato sauce on pizza just tasted weird but the chicken pieces were nice.||Staff - only friendly member of staff i came across was the lady working in the Spar, every morning she would greet us with a smile and a little conversation which was nice of her, no one else would speak to you and just walk past.||All in all i wouldnt recommend this place, im not sure if it gets better in the summer months but in May it was awful, untidy unkept and looked on...

Read moreFeedback we gave to the park upon the question what may be improved:||- Clean the lodges before the arrival of new guests. This includes cleaning the bathroom. There is pink mold on the joints of the bathroom tiles in the cottage where we stayed (no. 24), which indicates that the bathroom has not been cleaned with bleach in at least the last three months. The floor was filthy.|- There was sand from the beach and other dirt on the floor in the living room which indicates that previous guests have been in the lodge and there was no vacuuming/cleaning before our arrival.|- There was mold on a laundry rack in the bathroom and mold in the sleeping area in the ridge of the roof.|- Don't promise things on the website that you don't deliver. The lodges for "6 people" are actually lodges for 4 people and possibly two children who are big enough to dare to climb a ladder. To put these on the website for 6 people feels like deception. A bathroom that is "fully equipped" also includes a hair dryer, towels and toilet paper, but this was all missing. |- There was a leak in the bathroom. There were bins with moisture-drawing granules throughout the house, but we were not informed in advance that there was a moisture problem. However, this must have been known.|- Provide hospitality training for staff. One of the people who answered the phone was not very customer-friendly, the other people were customer-friendly, but gave incomplete or incorrect information. |- Cots that were requested did not have a mattress and there were no high chairs in the lodges. The cot could be in a bedroom, but this cost an adult's sleeping place. In our opinion, the lodges are not suitable for families with young children.|- Provide supervision at the pool. Children climbed unsupervised on a 3-meter-high rim, very dangerous.|All in all a nice stay, but because of the company and the location, not thanks to the accommodation. Unhygienic and not very child-friendly, no value...
