Op donderdag 12 september met onze club een bezoek gebracht aan dit prachtige stukje verleden. De eigenaar is een persoon welke vol passie een prachtige uitleg geeft over het proces van mosterd maken. Zelf mosterdzaad dn azijn aangeschaft om zelf te gaan experimenteren. Met de juiste uitleg van de eigenaar is dat prima gelukt waarbij je zelf een eigen draai kan geven aan de smaak door toevoeging van verschillende ingrediënten.

Super enthousiaste eigenaar, spontaan en vol kennis bij de verkoop van de producten in de winkel. Was een korte wandeling door het musuem, kleine oppervlakte, maar interessant. Hadden graag nog een demonstratie gezien van het malen van de mosterd maar misschien komt dat na de corona tijd weer :-) Compliment voor de cadeau pakketten!

The cutest little museum. Doesburgsche Mustard was my favourite mustard growing up and to be treated with a visit to this museum when I was little was just neat! For me, now as an adult, it's still enjoyable. Especially the old items. As a kid I was more focused on how mustard was made, if I remember correctly. It's highly recommended to combine your trip with a visit to WWII museum "Museum De Maurits 1940-1945", which is right opposite the Doesburgsche Mustard and...
