Goliath — Attraction in Dronten

I expected a bit more from this ride considering it is the fastest, tallest and longest in The Netherlands. I am pretty sure that this park has no height restrictions or anything. I think the ride is fun, especially the helixes where you can feel your blood rush into your feet. The airtime moments are good but could be better. If we compare this to the tallest and fastest in Germany this coaster is nothing. Goliath reaches a top speed of about 106 kmh. Meanwhile Der Schwur des Kärnarn in Germany reaches 127 km/h. Not just that but Kärnarn is 73 meters tall and Goliath 45 or 54 (please correct me if I'm wrong). I don't hate this ride it's just that compared to other countries best coasters this one is quite weak. But over all the ride experience...

As a person who has a fear of heights, this was the rollercoaster I was most afraid of. While waiting in line for our turn my stomach made a lot of rotations and I was constantly asking myself what the hell I was doing here. And when we were sat in our car and slowly travelled to the highest point I couldn't handle it. But then we went off the first drop and even though I was screaming and crying, I really enjoyed the thrill. I enjoyed it so much I even went for a second time.
