Fantastic place for a family visit or solo walk with or without a dog. There is a lovely dog beach and lots of places for the dogs to run free, off the leash. Throughout the forest is a raised wooden walkway to make it easier to get around. 2 different restaurants (perhaps more but I've seen 2 so far). A variety of forestry to enjoy, LOTS of birds, some horses and highland cattle. Highly...

Beautiful, big and green park. It is perfect for bikers, pedestrians and joggers. Not crowded and quiet which is good for a picnic. You may find the cattle grazing at some regions of the park which is cool. Advice though, it might be smelly at a few locations, just remember that this is due to the cattle. Lage Bergse Bos is an amazing park to have a long walk with your dog and family and/or friends. There are several places to have picnic if you want to bring some snack along but also restaurants where you can order some food and relax. Beautiful, big and green park. It is perfect for bikers, pedestrians and joggers. Not crowded and quiet which is good for a picnic. You may find the cattle grazing at some regions of the park which is cool. Advice though, it might be smelly at a few locations, just remember that this is due to the cattle. Still very amazing place, and I highly recommend you visit on bike, you can cover more ground.
