The pizza is really good, we’ve ordered here for years! But when they mess up.. they mess up badly and are not able to fix it decently.

Today a 2.5+ hour wait for pizza. Yes you read that right. After the first hour we called and they couldn’t find our order. They promised to bring it asap. The second hour we called, and after a long discussion on their end.. they said there was some accident and they would bring it asap (again). Half an hour later: no pizza. Eventually after almost three hours the pizza was delivered. A delicious pizza, but we really think they could do more (or any!) effort in communication and...

Long wait (1,5h), pizza had ingridients only in the middle (hand of this, hand of that) and first time ever in my life i recieved pizza not cutted. Annoying delivery guy waited and smiled far too long for his tip (I tiped him online and he wanted more). Food is not bad though, tastyish. For amount of money i spent I would have much better though from proper restaurant. I won't deal...

Om 17:00 bestelling geplaatst heb aangegeven graag m’n bestelling om 18:30 te willen ontvangen naderhand heb ik mijn bestelling pas om 19:15 ontvangen om 18:45 gebeld met de vraag waar het blijft ik werd ook nog zonder empathie telefonisch te woord gestaan zonder enige begrip met het verzoek graag 19:00 bezorgen wegens afspraak daar werd geen gehoor aan gegeven toen werd het uiteindelijk om 19:15 bezorgd…. Bezorger wist ook van niks terwijl mevrouw het zou aangeven aan de bezorger om wat tempo te maken aangezien er spoed achter staat wegens een afspraak maar de bezorger wist van niks dus mevrouw heeft ook niks laten weten aan de bezorger lang verhaal kort te maken om 17:00 besteld voor 18:30 uiteindelijk 19:15 pas aangekomen….
