Aqua Mundo — Attraction in Zeewolde

We went as a family of four on a day pass. We started from 1pm and stayed until around 8pm. Plenty of lockers and showers, but only open/shared showers. Plenty of changing room areas too. Food is terrible (overpriced nuggets and chips, so take your own). There are a few slides, and all areas were working fine. Loads of supervision from staff who dealt quite quickly with an incident of young males flashing their bums to my 10 year old before going down the slide. You also feel quite safe with the lifeguards supervision around children. The water is warm, the environment is clean. Definitely worth a visit if you are around. Such a cool and fun swimming pool. Great ambience and decor. I loved the different slides and waterway pool outside. My favorite by far. The wave machine was also good. If you like big waves I suggest going to the deep end where the waves are most intense. The pool was very clean and no intense chlorine scent in the air. It was nice that the tiles were made of stone with is less glitchy so less likely to slip. They have a hygienic foot batb when coming into the pool from the changingrooms. The activities were nice and the park was not too busy. Unfortunately the pools are not safe. The tiles chosen do not fit together thus touching them with any force stronger than normal walking can cause abrasions. The water depth at the slide landing area is also not deep enough. At the bottom of the slide it hit the bottom of the pool and split my knee open on the tiles. The emergency station is incompetent. They didn’t look at the injury and just gave me a Band-Aid. I had to argue to get disinfectant because the woman there was afraid that I would infect the bottle. The restrooms were dirty and the changing room...
