Waterfall Gully — Attraction in Hibiscus and Bays

Good carpark with ample space before the entry onto the track. If you need a break from the sun, Waterfall Gully offers some shade and respite. There you will find a nice path that winds through with boardwalks and a few steps. Keep an eye on an eel that likes to appear in the stream and can be sited from the little bridge. Never knew this place existed, what a fantastic way for us to be able to see native birds in their natural habit. Its an absolute privilege that anyone can visit this spot, so please take care of it. An awesome place to spend a day. A small waterfall is a major feature here. The water flow is less in summers, hence it is better after a rain. Nevertheless a beautiful place altogether. Ideal for camping and a day out with family. Ample parking as well. Certain area marked as Armed Forces areas are to be avoided though.
