One of the best vantage points to see Auckland city skyline. The night views from this point are awesome. The boat ramp from here to the sea is also very popular. The road to this point can be a bit tight since it is not that wide. Completely worth the effort though. An early morning outing to view the marvellous sunrise on a clear day is also totally worth the effort. The way from the motorway is via the Stafford road exit while getting down from the bridge northbound. Highly recommended for professional photographers and hobby...

Perfecting your City Skyline Shot at the high-level scale is right here. I have been photographing Auckland City Skyline at night because of the night 'glittery' lights.. just like the stars in your eyes. Bring your gears to Sulphur Beach Rd under the Harbour Bridge and you will be amazed by the dazzling Skyline. Therefore, the shot somehow has been post-processed and enhanced the most satisfying level, with my my camera and computer. A view to a pursuing career,...

This offers unique perspectives of the Auckland Harbour Bridge. As you can see you can access under the the bridge. Found out by random, was driving down the road for a U turn and saw the sign of the Sulphur beach. The name was appealing, so I had to have a look. Surprisingly, it is a hidden spot just under the bridge, with an incredible view of the city. You can drive and park anywhere there. It is close to the police station, so it is safe. Saw people fishing, but not swimming. Worth a visit.

Super recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a nice view of the Auckland skyline, it is equally amazing day or night, but be aware during the night there is no car access, but during the day there’s quite a good amount of parking, you can even find some people fishing here. Also an amazing place to do photo shoots!!!
