Jean Sampson Reserve — Attraction in Kaipātiki

This is a decent sized reserve area in Northcote, accessible via Queen Street. The children playground has been recently upgraded and has a lot of swings and areas to keep them busy for a couple hours. On street parking is available here. Super nice local playground, freshly renovated, with new and interesting equipment, and a fully fenced play space. I was genuinely surprised by this playground, it has so much to offer, even has its own toilet and also a miniature half basketball court. It is in a fairly quite area but it gets super packed.
