Eastern Walkway — Attraction in North Island

One of the finest public walkways in Wellington.

There are some steep bits but they mostly have steps. It's both in bush and open walkway. Plenty of testing places, a few benches, and loads of amazing views across the straits and eventually out to the South Island (or vice versa, depending upon where you start from).
