Velocity Valley Adrenaline Park — Attraction in North Island

Very very disappointed, wasted our half day over there. We 1st went for free fall extreme n guy over there handed us torned suits on asking for replacement he refused . When my son went for the ride instead of gradually increasing the air pressure they increased it all of a sudden n my son started feeling unwell & we had to stop the ride in between . Then we did sweeb racer which was even worse then riding a bicycle. Anyway I purchased 10 rides so we used 4 rides against shweeb racer . Then we kept on waiting for agrojet but it broke . When I went to reception that we are having another booking at 1 so we can't wait until jet boat gets fixed . She refused to return the money initially n said now the jet boat is working when my son went for a ride I asked the man is it fixed properly he said we will find out when we drive u n laughed .when my son went for ride jet boat stopped in middle of the water n some how it came to the station . I went again to the reception to deduct the 4 rides money n give me refund . She said that u have done more than 4 rides . I said u can check I cameras but she made me feel as if iam lying she went up to the free fall xtreme people to confirm n after a long conversation she finally agreed to refund for 6 rides . We went in a large group. 15+ family members and we had purchased 30 tickets a week before arriving.

We arrived just after opening to find the swoop was closed for maintenance (the kids were very disappointed). Cause of the maintenance it was causing delay for those of us that wanted to bungy. You couldn't have any one bungy if someone was up the poles of the swoop (understandable). But we had booked 4 bungy rides and after the 1st jump we were made to wait over 30 minutes for the other jumps. FYI if your over 140kg you can not do this jump. When we asked when the jumps would resume, we were told...maintenance would take as long as it takes.
