Really enjoy the atmosphere here. The staff in the center are friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment, changing rooms, showers etc are all clean and in good condition. There is a large range of classes to chose from at different times through out the week/day. The gym staff are helpful for any questions and getting regular free assessments and new training programmes was a big win for me. Classes in the gym are varied from spin classes to body balance, there are swimming lessons for preschoolers right through to adults. There are options for children, pregnancy, post pregnancy, the center is also wheelchair accessible to all areas with designated changing rooms, toilets and parking. Swimming area has a baby pool, toddler, children pool and lazy river, aquacise pool with ramp, swimming lanes, spa...
