Pita Pit Ashburton — Restaurant in South Island

"I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the recent experience at pita pit Ashburton .Despite being a loyal customer, I encountered several issues during my last visit. Not only was the food delivered 25 minutes late due to one missing item, but the owner's attitude towards resolving the situation was unacceptable. It's evident that there are shortcomings in both customer service and food management, which I believe may be attributed to a change in management. While I used to enjoy dining here, the decline in service quality is concerning. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues promptly to regain trust and satisfaction...

We bought two falafel bowls and two kids wraps. We have ordered both of these from the store previously and had enjoyed them but this time was a terrible experience. My falafel bowl was mainly carrots, at least two carrots worth. The rest of the ingredients were sparce including only a few falafel crumbs and a tiny sprinkling of feta on top. Got Bowl’d through deliver easy from the Ashburton Pita pit. Totally inedible.

We both got the Korean bbq steak. The whole meal was cold. The rice was congealed. Ingredients were wrong - It had red onion instead of pickled onion. Red cabbage instead of kimchi, no sesame, no mayo. It was dry and flavourless. The small portion we are made us feel ill. We spend basically $50 and it was an absolute waste of money.
