DHANAK Events Complex Hall #15 Lahore — Attraction in Lahore Cantonment Tehsil

We had Nikaah event on 21 August 2025 1st their AC were not working or they did it intentionally 2nd their staff were very very unprofessional they don’t know how to manage the event No service of food refilling timely We decided menu Chicken Biryani Mutton Kunna Russian salad Live naan Per head cold drink And they serve us White rice with zero taste Big pieces of meat in the name of mutton kunna looks like they mix small beaf meat Then they serve 1.5 litter bottle on every table like what the hell Waiters were just like beggars with full authority from management to do so and spoil your function by asking from anyone and anywhere in the hall. When ever we ask for the manager no one came from managing level 3rd they served third class crockery like you were eating from motorway serivce area plastic plates very worst experience Look like they differentiate between civilians and forces customers. DHA and army should take notice of same. Sunil’s had a boasting attitude with no customer respect. On the day of event, he was hiding face for the poor service, food quality and pathetic AC. PLEASE SAVE YOIR HALAL MONEY FROM THEM

We had a very disappointing experience with Danak, especially considering it was for an important function. Despite tasting the meat three times before the event, the quality on the day was extremely poor. The meat was tough and clearly not the same as what was promised — it seemed like different, lower-quality meat was mixed in, which was very disheartening.

Fresh salad was not served, and the Russian salad they provided had an unpleasant smell and tasted awful. It was embarrassing to serve this to our guests. To make matters worse, key items like fresh salad and raita — which were clearly listed in our finalized menu — were not served at all.

Our point of contact, Mr. Sunil David, failed to follow through on the commitments made to us. For a professional catering service, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. We truly hope Danak takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality and service, but based on our experience, we cannot...

Attended a wedding on 21st August. The overall experience was unsatisfactory, specially considering the boasting statements made by the GM Sunil at the time of booking. Few significant disappointments were: Plastic plates were used Meat used in Mutton kunna was of low quality. Aged goats and may be calves as well. I hope it was not donkey. Chicken used in steam Chicken was of low quality. Instead of Chicken biryani they served chicken tastless white rice Waiters were pathetic with no common sense to handle tables and setup buffets. Had to guide them to set additional buffet and clear tables. Coldrinks were served in liter bottle with limited glasses In the end it seemed like Management launched the waiters for tip and themselves fled from the hall to avoid facing any arguments...
