Emerald - Hall # 8 — Attraction in Lahore Cantonment Tehsil

I recently attended an event at this banquet hall and was impressed by the beautiful decorations and overall ambience of the place. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the service.

While the food was not terrible, it was not particularly noteworthy either. It was just okay, neither too good nor too bad. However, I did enjoy the green tea they served.

One aspect of the service that was particularly disappointing was the way they served soda drinks. It seemed quite unprofessional and lacking in attention to detail.

Overall, I would say that the banquet hall has a lot of potential, with its beautiful decorations and lovely ambience. However, improvements could be made in terms of the food quality and service, particularly with regard to how they...

Hall no. 8 is perhaps the most decadent of all the golf club halls. It's walls and ceilings are quite ostentatious with French Baroque, even Renaissance styles, with lavish embellishments in vibrant colours to add to the grand ultrarich ambience. The food was fairly decent, the waiters were circulating with freshly baked qeema, mooli, aloo naans but qeema naans were the best. Midway in the function the hall became quite warm for comfort, mind you the funtion was in the dead of Lahore wintry evening so in the beginning it was perfect, but later it became a bit stifling. Parking was ample but the distance between the rows is quite little, I wonder if the architect himself tried to park the car with the lot ful after designing it on the paper, I...

Very Pathetic Service. We had a walima function Yesterday. And they got all the payment in advance. And we have soo much embarrassment, when our guests said there is no chicken and raita etc available on tables right after they announced the food. And upon asking they said the food is being prepared. See the video attached as proof. This was our second event here. In the first event fire got caught and they didn’t have any safety precautions as well. But this time they crossed all the limits with food. You can imagine the embarrassment one must have faced due to their pathetic service.
