DYNASTY Garrison - Hall 21 — Attraction in Lahore Cantonment Tehsil

I arranged my daughter's marriage ceremony in DYNASTY Garrison - Hall 21during last week of June 2024. My total number of guests were around 300. Here is my honest feedback for this marriage hall; Positives Food was really good i.e., high quality Perfect, efficient service i.e., waiters did their job in a professional way. Hasan, the main guy in office, is very supportive and tries to help. You can trust him. Hall was clean and decorated as expected. They assign a project manager during the ceremony which is really helpful.

Negatives The cost of decor (i.e., decoration with artificial flowers) is un-necessarily high. Be careful. Lady, in customer service who handles this area, will literally try to rip you off. Sitting arrangement was not done thoughtfully. If you are arranging for 300 people, they will count each chair to come up to this number. Each sofa is counted for 10 individuals. They don't understand that if one family of 7 people will occupy a sofa, then no one else would sit on that sofa. Due to this reason, I really had trouble right in the middle of my ceremony. Just imagine, a number of people were standing but there were no seats to sit.

There my recommendation is to check your arrangement in advance. At-least put 30 extra chairs. If you expect 250 guests, make sure more than 280 chairs are available. Don't listen to the management, They have their down logic which is totally flawed. You would also face confusion when it comes to serve the juices. For example, how you would handle the guests who came late and juices were already served. With large gathering, its hard to keep a track. My recommendation is to agree with Management that they will serve as much juices as required. Additionally, juices are prepared on blenders which takes time when it comes to large gathering. Recently chose Dynasty for my sister’s wedding and we’re so glad to have made an amazing choice. The decor, ambiance, hall.. everything was absolutely wonderful. The managers dealt nicely and gave us a very good and memorable experience. Even the food was nice, the entire staff was cooperative, they listened to us and did everything as we requested.

However, if you plan to have an event there, I would suggest you stay wary of the woman who deals with decor. I went with my sisters and husband to finalise the decor 5-6 days before the event and the woman seemed very focused on the fact that she’s a ‘manager’ and not a vendor. She gave us wrong information, remained adamant on her stance, was inflexible and also not very helpful. It was a very displeasing experience meeting with her. On the event day, we found out that before handing over the written details to the managers, she had cut and changed details of decor. When we addressed it, they checked the carbon copy which had the original details as per the commitment she made to us. The managers fixed the issue instantly and we are very thankful to them for their support. However, the woman named Noor lacks professionalism, doesn’t know how to deal with clients, doesn’t think miscommitment is a problem and shouldn’t be allowed to deal without supervision.
