GG Park — Attraction in Model Town Tehsil

GG Park in Sector GG, Phase 4, DHA, Lahore is just a beautiful park for society residents only for kids, family, adults and elderly to get a wisp of fresh air on daily basis with a track for taking a walk, jogging 👟 and running 🏃🏻‍♀️.

It's clean, well maintained and well tendered as a housing society's Block or Sector Park should be.

While I live in Model Town Society Lahore and that's a no match for Model Town Central Park and the small green parks and areas in each block.

There's no match for that British Rule era's well planned society in Pakistan by the Britain Housing Society planners and architects and the map is layed out so perfectly in geometrical shapes. Neither DHA nor Bahria Town compares to The Cooperative Model Town Society Lahore, as Lahore is the Crown 👑 and Model Town Society is the only solely Jewel in the 👑 😂.

DHA has very limited grounds/parks where playing cricket or football is allowed.

This park is located GG block it is one of the available options where you can play cricket/football or do net practive on cemented pitch.

It has a jogging/walking track of approx. 375 Meters.

The only challenge faced here is that ocassionally the neighbourhood complains about the noise and then you have to deal with DHA security which is usually very slow in...

I like the park. Location is ideal. However, room for improvement is always there. Would love to be there again. One can have a walk in the GG park even after the sunset. It's a well lit area.

Lately I've noticed strange people not belonging to the area and smoking cigarettes are often sitting on the benches in the park.

I request DHA administration to take notice. It is supposed to be a family park. Do not let strangers spoil...
