One cannot overlook the significance of Liaqat Bagh Park in Pakistan’s history, as it was the site of the tragic assassination of Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan in 1951. The park’s memorial stands as a solemn reminder of this event, adding a sense of reverence to the surroundings. Despite its historical significance, the park exudes a lively atmosphere, with children laughing and playing on the playgrounds, and vendors selling snacks and refreshments to visitors.
