I had a very poor experience at this workshop and would not recommend it to anyone. The overall cleanliness was below standard — oil stains and dirt were all over the floor, making the place look neglected. The customer waiting area was cramped and lacked proper ventilation.
One of the most disturbing things was the use of child labour. Young boys were doing most of the hands-on work, while the owner supervised and charged premium rates — even though he wasn’t doing the work himself.
The mechanics showed no transparency. Even when I clearly explained what I wanted done, they ignored it and did what they felt like. They lied straight to my face, trying to convince me that certain parts needed replacing when there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. It was clearly an attempt to upsell and rip me off.
To make things worse, after tuning my bike, they didn’t tighten the nuts properly — and even left one completely loose. That’s not just careless, it’s dangerous.
Their prices are also inflated. They charged Rs. 700 for basic tuning, and if you’re buying additional parts or services, they sneak in unnecessary charges to hike up the bill.
