Very little people hang out here about 20 a day, clean great waves, almost private with just the right amount of people. It is perfect for a long morning walk followed by some body surfing. If you are used to surfing in Australia, California or Chile you will find the waves here are not strong despite of the reviews. Bring an umbrella, chairs, food and a trash bag. There are no public toilets, except for the one at Terry’s restaurant about a 3 minute walk from the sand so this beach is going to be tricky if you are travelling with kids. The sand at mid day will get hellishly hot. For those staying at the AirB&B beach front and absolute paradise! Perfect for sunrise and sunset pet friendly walks.

A relaxed and lonely beach, today there was only one other person visiting. Officially, it is only a surfers' spot. You should be aware of strong currents. Parking only at the road's end sides.

It's my favourite beach in Panama and I love to come here. You can play in the waves or chill at the beach. It's not very touristy and it's of course a plus
